Deposits taken upon booking are non refundable, any other amounts paid will be refunded with at least 30 days notice. We require a 30 day notice of any changes to your event if possible. Keep in mind changes may result in extra to what you have been quoted.
Changes in the weather can be arranged on the day but we do require you have a backup plan incase.
Hire-
All props hired are in the full responsibility of the person who made the booking. They are responsible for any missing or damaged items, & will be expected to pay for replacement items if items are not returned or returned in a unacceptable condition. All hired props are to be expected to be collected in the same condition, all together & clean.
Allergies & Illness-
